In total the project offers 57 apartments with
balcony or terrace if on the ground floor and 25
houses with a private garden and a terrace. The
properties will be fitted and furnished to a high
standard including dishwasher and garden furniture.
The complex will be fully enclosed and gated and will
benefit from a heated swimming pool and extensive
landscaped gardens. Additional shared facilities will
include a reception area, breakfast room and a spa
room with Jacuzzi. The two small apartment blocks
will have lifts.
The first lease will be for a period of 9 years with
a guaranteed income ranging from 4.20% to 4.60%. This
income is index linked and revised every three years.
The holiday rental company appointed to run the
leaseback project is a well established letting
specialist. They undertake to maintain and insure the
properties throughout the lease and hand them back in
good order.
The lease also allows for personal occupancy at
discounted rates.
